Our service levels

  • Clients are contacted within 24 hours of receiving a request to contact client.
  • We take care of the complete lending transaction and all of the documentation - from applications, to after-sale loan servicing.
  • Once a mortgage application has been completed, we will submit the mortgage application to one of our preferred lenders.
  • Once approval is in place, we contact the client for review and arrange for signing of mortgage commitment.
  • Once all term and conditions have been met by the lender, the file is now completed and is ready to be instructed to the solicitor for signing of final mortgage documents.
  • Two weeks after the deal has been funded and closed, cash back compensation fees will be paid directly to client.
